As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please:

If it's not there - let us know you haven't received the mail (via the Contact Us tab, or email email@example.com). We can check your email address to confirm it is correct in our system.
This email means that we have received your order in our system and charged your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase.
Please check the details in your confirmation email are correct, and let us know (via the Contact Us tab, or email firstname.lastname@example.org) if any details need correction immediately.
All our products are custom made and sent from various locations. Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. It will usually take 2-3 weeks from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide and total time 3-4 weeks from date of purchase. Also, please take into consideration and allow up to 3-5 weeks due to high demand and shipment from overseas.

Please note: As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed we will do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery. If you are working to any deadlines, the responsibility of ordering in time is placed solely on you, and that Trendi Bikinis are not liable for any missed deadlines or lost business because of shipping delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER!
All sales are final as all items are made to order. However, if you believe the items purchased are incorrect, defective, or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days from the time the package is received or delivered according to the USPS tracking page. If 7 days have gone by since the package is received or delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. You will need to email us at email@example.com with images (if necessary) and we will rectify the situation. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. Refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted and processed beyond 14 days. The return shipping costs required to ship the item back to our store, are always paid by the customer.
Note: Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.
REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank’s processing time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Funds are processed back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on the processing time of your bank.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you on how to exchange the item. Requests for exchanges will only be accommodated as long as you contact us within 7 days from the time you received your package. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
NOTE: If the damage or the quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your own expense before a resolution can be given.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
If your product arrives damaged, defective in some way, or incorrect, please send us the following at email@example.com.
1. Take a digital photo of the specific damaged product or piece, all the received pieces of your order, and the shipping container it arrived in.
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, shipping tracking number, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that the receipt of your email and the resolution to your case.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may return your product by following these simple steps:
Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your order details and the reason for return. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. Please be advised that ONLY approved requests for returned packages will be accommodated.
We will typically send you an email within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which ensures you for the cost of the items being returned.
If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
